JZC series concrete mixer is a self-loading double-cone reversal discharge concrete mixer. The mixing drum is driven by a gear ring. It rotates forwardly during work and reversely discharges. It can mix plastic and dry concrete. The mixer is designed and manufactured according to the standard of concrete mixer, with reasonable structure, reliable transmission, light weight, low energy consumption, compact structure, stable operation, simple operation, large mixing quality, high efficiency, etc. It is a relatively advanced model .
This machine is a mobile concrete mixer, which can mix plastic and semi-dry hard concrete. The mixing drum rotates forward to mix and reverse discharge. Each tank can mix 350 liters, 500 liters, and 750 liters of concrete (referring to the volume of concrete after tamping). It can be 10-22 cubic meters per hour. Suitable for general construction sites, roads, bridge projects and small and medium-sized concrete component factories. During fixed mixing, a pit can be dug to make the hopper mouth flush with the ground, which is convenient for feeding, greatly reduces labor intensity, and has a beautiful shape.
The mixing mechanism consists of a mixing drum, a supporting wheel and a transmission system. The mixing drum is the working part of the mixer. The mixing drum is double-cone. There are two pairs of high and low pieces welded in the inside of the drum. They are arranged crosswise and form a certain angle with the axis of the mixing drum. When the mixing drum rotates, the blades lift the material while falling. It also makes the material move back in the axial direction, so the mixing movement is relatively strong, and the homogeneous concrete can be reached in 35-45 seconds after mixing. Inside the discharge cone of the mixing drum, a pair of discharge blades are welded to change the rotation direction of the mixing drum, and the concrete is pushed from the bottom blade to the discharge blade and discharged out of the drum. The mixing drum is supported by four supporting rotations, and the mixing drum is rotated by the gear ring driven by the motor through the reduction box, so it can still work reliably in foggy and rainy weather. The forward and reverse rotation of the shaking drum is realized by motor commutation.

Inspection and preparation work before test operation of concrete mixer:
1. Check the power supply voltage, the rated voltage is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 340-410V, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the machine or damage the components.
2. Check whether the wiring of the motor and electrical components is firm, and whether the grounding wire is reliable. To ensure safety, the user installs a leakage protection device on the distribution board by himself, and then turns on the power supply.
3. Pull out the oil size to check whether the gearbox is lubricated well, and at the specified oil level, supplement and replace if necessary.
4. To connect the waterway, a water bucket must be prepared, placed near the water pump, the suction valve, water pipe and the water pump are connected as a whole, and the suction valve is placed in the bucket.
