Product brief introduction
Asphalt Batch Mix Plant LB Series is newly developed road construction equipment used for manufacturing asphalt that is mainly applied in highway road construction and other civil construction. It is composed of cold aggregate supply system, drum dryer, burning system, hot aggregate elevator, vibrating screen, weighing system, mixing tower, dust collecting system, filler supply system, bitumen supply system, electrical control system and finished asphalt storage bin. 
1. Aggregate supplying system
1.1. Protective plates on both sides of the aggregate hoppers to avoid sundries getting into the aggregates and conveying belt;
1.2. To make the supplying smoother, vibrators are equipped below each hopper;
1.3. Adds grid plate at top of each hopper to buffer the shock from aggregates flow, meanwhile it screens oversize aggregates;
1.4. Conveying belt is protected by dustproof cover to reduce dust emission;
1.5. Adds belt cleaners and pinch rollers to make the aggregates supplying more fluent and accurate, besides, they also extend the belt durability;
1.6Small vibrating screen is added between belts, to further screen oversize aggregates;
1.7.The supplying system has insufficient material alarm system, ensuring a safe and smoothly production.
2. Drying system
2.1.Driving drum is equipped with auto lubrication device, greatly reduces labor cost;
2.2. Different areas inside the drying drum have different blade configurations, which can handle aggregates in different processes;
2.3. Outside the drum is designed with 50mm thick rock wool and covered with stainless steel; two layers design will increase the production;
2.4. it will spray anti-rust paint inside the dryer; 
3. diesel/heavy oilnatural gas burning system
3.1. it’s equipped with famous brand heavy oil/natural gas burner imported from Italy; or high-quality coal burner; it’s featured with high burning efficiency and save production cost.
3.2 it’s equipped with automatic flame failure protection devices for emergency and failure checking and elimination guideline.
4. Dust collecting system
4.1 Double dust collecting systems, including the primary volute dust collector that gets rid of large size dust and secondary baghouse collector that further get rid of the rest dust;
4.2 Adopts famous brand draught fan, high efficiency against low power rate. 
5. Mixing system
5.1 The mixer, mixing blades and liner plates are all using the best materials with high hardness and high abrasion performance;
5.2 The aggregates elevator takes modular design with newest dust sealing structure;
5.3 Elevator applies double plate link chains design, which extends the elevator's service life and reduces maintain frequency.
5.4 Vibrating screens that apply world famous vibration motors are completely sealed; the screening mesh size could be designed according to client’s special demands;
5.5 the hot aggregate bin is designed for two layers with larger capacity; it can improve the production efficiently;
5.6 The mixing tower is designed especially for container type, and convenient for fast erection and save shipping cost for client; 
6. asphalt supply system
6.1. asphalt will be heated by conduction oil more quickly and evenly;

7. Control system

7.2 Control room is equipped with split-type air conditioner, aluminium alloy sliding windows, wood floor and so on;
