1. It is necessary to check whether the weighing device is in a normal state before work. If there is jamming and other phenomena that affect the accuracy of the weighing, it should be eliminated in time.
2. Check whether the wiring with heating is firm and normal, and whether the enclosure of the electrical box is properly grounded.
3. During operation, check whether each part is operating normally at any time. Whether the conveyor belt is off-track. Whether there is any foreign matter between the belt and the driven roller, if there is any abnormal situation, stop the machine and remove it.
4. All movable parts should be filled with grease in time, and the belt roller should be removed and refueled once a year.
5. The machine must be stopped and the power supply must be cut off when the machine is overhauled.
6. The ingredient controller should be equipped with rain and sun protection facilities.
7. Prevent sand and stones and other materials from being mixed with steel bars or large stones and other sundries to avoid damage to the conveyor belt.
8. In order to ensure the safety of the ingredient controller, do not use it in severe weather such as strong wind, rain, thunder, etc., cut off the main power supply, and remove the wiring between the sensor and the ingredient controller.
9. At least every year, the weighing system must be calibrated according to the nominal method in the manual to ensure the accuracy of the weighing.
