Main Parts Introduction
1. Main concrete mixer
· The main machine adopts double-horizontal shaft compulsory type, and the mixing blade and lining board use wear-resistant materials, which have long service life and easy maintenance and replacement.
2. Electrical control system
· The electrical control system is composed of a microcomputer host, a display, a printer, and a communication cable. Under special circumstances, the control of the mixing station can be completed by manual operating system, such as batching, mixing, unloading, etc.
3. Batching machine
· The batching machine is composed of: aggregate bin, frame, weighing hopper, aggregate conveyor, sensor, etc., with long service life and accurate weighing.
4. Screw conveyor
·The cement conveying adopts a fully sealed device, and the soft connection between the discharge port and the metering hopper does not affect the measurement accuracy; the receiving port is a universal ball joint, which can adjust the angle deviation and has good sealing; the spiral blade and the cylinder have a small gap, and the transmission efficient.
5. Cement warehouse
·The top of the cement silo is equipped with an anti-overflow roof device, cement is blown in from this, which reduces the load pressure of the cement silo and prevents the air pollution from dust. The arch breaking device is installed in the cone and combined with the gas system and control system, which can automatically break the arch of the cement in real time or manually.
6. Control room
·Using color sandwich panels, with heat preservation and heat insulation functions. Equipped with heating and cooling air conditioners. The console is designed with ergonomic principles and is comfortable to operate.
