The optional accessory configuration can be selected according to the needs to meet the requirements of most conventional railways such as railways, highways, airports and terminals. By hoisting the hopper to feed, the special design of the hopper and the track can easily and efficiently load and dump the aggregate, and also greatly reduce the footprint of the site. The configuration of HZS series mixing station has the characteristics of excellent stirring performance, accurate and stable measurement, high reliability, convenient maintenance and maintenance, and high environmental protection. When working at the mixing station, after only a small number of buttons are operated, the entire work process is transferred to the computer control.
The aggregates required for the project are respectively loaded into the respective hoppers by the loader, and the various aggregate opening devices are opened in sequence, and the aggregates are dropped into the aggregate weighing hopper, and the aggregates are weighed according to the matching weight. Good aggregate is upgraded from aggregate reinforcement system to aggregate buffer system; large concrete mixing station water and admixture are pumped to water metering bucket and admixture measuring bucket; cement and admixture are conveyed to its metering by screw conveyor Bucket measurement. After the aggregate, cement, admixture, water, admixture and other materials are weighed according to the set formula, the large concrete mixing station is put into the mixer for stirring according to the set time, and the materials entering the mixer are mutually inverted. Under the agitation of the double-pass spiral blade on the shaft, under the action of the circumferential direction, warp direction and axial force of the blade, the material is extruded, rubbed, sheared, convected, and the large concrete mixing station is subjected to severe forced blending. When the mixing time is up, the door is opened by the cylinder of the mixer opening device, and the stirred concrete is pushed by the blade to the transport vehicle waiting under the mixer. After all the products are pushed out, the door is closed to the next mixing cycle, and the finished product is transported to the construction site.
