Tower type full automatic dry mortar plant consists
1.Drying and screening equipment for raw material: drum-type drier, screening machine.
2.Lifting equipments for raw material: bucket elevator, pneumatic conveyor, big bag discharging system and passenger&goods lift.
3.Storage system for raw material: main material silo and additives silo. They are designed according to the material`s bulk density, PH value, stickiness, grain size and repose angel etc. The silos are equiped with air cannon, level indicator and pressure relief valve.
4.De-dusting and recycling system: dust collector on top of silo, central dust collector and portable recycle machine.
5.Feeding system: Gravity feeding section-pneumatic conveying and assistant valves; mechanical assistant feeding section- screw and vibration feed.
6.Weighing and batching system: main material weighing system, pre-weighing system for additives, and light material weighing system, mixer, and finished product silo.
7.Mixer, finished product silo.
8.Packing system: small bag packing machine, big bag packing machine and bulk packing system.
9.Air supply system and piping: air compressor, drying and filtering equipment, piping.
10.Accessories of raw material silo: level indicator, pressure relief valve and air cannon.
