Vibrating feeder + jaw crusher (feeding and crushing)
Run-of-mine ore is evenly fed by a (ZSW6015) feeder into a (C950X1250) jaw crusher for primary crushing. The vibrating feeder features a prescreening function that effectively removes soil and fines, thereby reducing the load on downstream crushing equipment. The jaw crusher utilizes an optimized deep-cavity design, delivering high crushing force and exceptional durability for stable operation.
HP400 Cone Crusher (Secondary/Tertiary Crushing)
After primary crushing, the material undergoes soil removal and screening; the oversize material is then conveyed to two HP400 cone crushers for secondary and tertiary crushing. The HP series cone crusher utilizes the principle of inter-particle (lamination) crushing, featuring a high reduction ratio, high throughput, and excellent product shape; its hydraulic adjustment and tramp release systems facilitate convenient operation and maintenance.
New Style Sand-Making Machine TLS1563 (Sand Making and Shaping)
After crushing is complete, the stone material enters the Talos TLS1563 sand-making machine for sand making and shaping. Featuring a unique rotor structure and material-throwing design, this equipment simultaneously performs crushing, shaping, and sand-making operations; by adjusting the rotational speed and feeding method, it produces high-quality manufactured sand with optimal gradation and excellent particle shape.
Circular vibrating screen, sand washing machine, dewatering screen (screening and post-processing) The entire production line is equipped with 3YK3680 and 2YK3070 circular vibrating screens, ensuring high screening efficiency and precise, controllable product particle sizes. The manufactured sand undergoes washing, desliming, and dewatering using an XS3024 wheel-type sand washer and a TTS2050 dewatering screen, effectively reducing fines and silt content while enhancing sand quality. Additionally, the inclusion of a magnetic separator and an iron remover effectively eliminates ferrous impurities from the material, protecting downstream equipment and ensuring the purity of the final product.
