The STSL series semi-underground stepped sand making plant is a relatively simple sand making plant. It installs the feeding and conveying system and the crushing and sand making system underground, and uses an enclosure structure to enclose the surface equipment to reduce noise and dust pollution.

The STSL stepped sand making equipment is a tower-type sand making system that uses a dry sand making process. It mainly consists of a feeding and conveying system, a sand mold reshaping and screening system, a dust control system, a stone powder storage system, and an electrical control system. After processing, it can screen out fine crushed stone, stone powder, and semi-finished sand. Through different processes, it finally obtains fine stone powder and fine refined sand.
