PF Series Impact Crusher

The PF series impact crusher adopts a brand-new process and structural design, producing excellent particle size. It can crush various coarse, medium, and fine materials with a compressive strength not exceeding 350MPa, and the discharge particle size is adjustable.

When the impact crusher is working, the material enters the hammer impact zone, is crushed by the hammers on the rotor, and then bounces back to the hammer reaction zone through the impact liner for further crushing. This process is repeated, with the material entering the first, second, and third impact chambers in descending order of particle size for repeated crushing until it reaches the required particle size and is discharged from the outlet.
