Wheel sand washing machines offer advantages such as high cleanliness, reasonable structure, large processing capacity, and minimal sand loss during the washing process. The transmission components are completely isolated from water and sand, significantly reducing the risk of malfunction. It is an ideal choice for upgrading the sand and gravel washing industry.
During operation, the motor drives the impeller to decelerate, and the impeller rotates slowly after being reduced in speed by a V-belt, reducer, and gears. Gravel enters the washing tank from the feed chute, where it tumbles and rubs under the impeller's drive, removing surface impurities. Simultaneously, the water vapor layer covering the gravel surface is broken, promoting dehydration. The clean gravel is carried away by the blades and finally poured into the discharge chute by the rotating impeller, completing the washing process.
