BLURB

The TSL tower sand making machine adopts a modular assembly of steel frame structure, integrating systems such as comb feeding, sand making, screening, conveying, and dust prevention into the tower structure. It is a dry sand reshaping system that optimizes particle size, controls stone powder, adjusts gradation, controls moisture content, and carries out environmental protection treatment.

Crushed stone is fed into the sand making machine via a conveyor belt. After being ground by a high-frequency mill, the crushed stone is sent to the stone powder separation chamber. The sand powder content is controlled by adjusting the air inlet size of the dust control box and the system air volume. The processed material enters the separation screen to separate fine crushed stone, stone powder, and pre-made sand, which are then sent to different processes to obtain refined sand.
