Blurb

Jaw crushers are one of the earliest crushing equipment, widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, power, transportation and other industries for coarse, medium and fine crushing of various ores and rocks with compressive strength of 147~245MPa.

The PE series crusher operates on a driven compression principle. A motor drives a belt and pulley, which in turn drives an eccentric shaft, causing the moving jaw to swing up and down. When the moving jaw moves downwards, the angle between the fixed jaw and the moving jaw decreases, crushing the material. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and the moving jaw increases, and the moving jaw plate moves away from the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull rod and spring. At this point, the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber.
