The Sand dewatering machine consists of two parts: a wheel-type sand washing machine and a fine sand recovery unit. The configuration of the fine sand recovery unit depends on the volume of water to be treated and the concentration of the sand-water mixture, thus determining the appropriate model and quantity of the separator, mud pump, and dewatering screen.
When the bucket sand washer is working, the motor drives the impeller to decelerate, and after being reduced in speed by a V-belt, reducer, and gears, it rotates slowly. The sand and gravel enter the washing tank from the feed chute, where they tumble and grind against each other under the action of the impeller, removing impurities from their surface. The clean sand and gravel are carried away by the blades and finally poured into the discharge chute by the rotating impeller, completing the sand washing process. The sand processed by the sand washer is clean and has a uniform particle size.
