BLURB
Finished sand is loaded into storage silos, powder is pumped into silos by bulk tank trucks, and additives are added to silos manually. Materials from each silo are unloaded into metering hoppers via screw conveyors for metering. After metering, the materials are then conveyed by screw conveyors to bucket elevators, lifted to intermediate storage hoppers, and then unloaded into mixers for mixing. Finished materials are discharged from the discharge port and packaged by packaging machines or sent to finished product silos for storage.

Finished Goods Warehouse: Used for storing cement, fly ash, etc., using pump truck pneumatic feeding. The warehouse roof is equipped with a dust collector to protect the working environment.

Mixing and Mixing System: The main unit of the equipment adopts an energy-saving dual-shaft blade-type zero-gravity mixer with automatic feeding.

Environmentally Friendly Dust Collection System: This system is used to recover dust generated during the production of dry-mixed mortar, which is beneficial to environmental protection. The dust collector is reliable and highly efficient.
